At STee00, we want you to absolutely love what you wear! Because every single t-shirt is custom-printed just for you when you order, we have tailored our policy to be as smooth and worry-free as possible.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (100% Free Replacement)

If your t-shirt arrives with a print defect, damaged fabric, or if we accidentally sent the wrong size or design, don't worry—we’ve got your back! You don't even need to return the item.

Attach a quick photo of the defective item showing the issue alongside your order number.
We will ship a brand new replacement out to you free of charge or issue a full refund immediately.

2. Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse

Since all items are made-to-order, we kindly ask that you double-check our Size Chart before placing your order. However, if your shirt doesn’t fit quite right:

Reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer you a heavily discounted replacement rate so you can get the perfect fit without paying full price again!

3. Order Cancellations & Edits

Production begins very quickly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address/size, please email us within 4 hours of purchase. Once an item enters production, we are unable to make changes.
